There are lots of good suggestions made already. I will add one more: Armour Gun Belts. It's run by Mike Bissell, Jerry Bissell's nephew. I have three belts from him and the quality is simply outstanding! Two layer, everything nicely sanded and stitched, the kind of quality that will last for many years. The added charge is $5 about 52" or so but still well under the $100 mark shipped. He's move Heaven and Earth to build what you want, too. He's among the most responsive craftsmen out there. I feel like it's pretty much a custom product for about the same price as oft-the-rack.
