Favorite 9mm?

Unfortunately, it's hard to find semi-autos WITHOUT rails these days.

When I wanted a CCW gun smaller than my Browning High Power, I chose a Glock 19, but intentionally sought out a 2nd Generation gun without the rail or finger grooves. They're out there, especially at places like Summit Gun Broker.

I've got three 9x19mm handguns, a Glock 19, a Browning High Power and a Mauser Broomhandle. I've been thinking about some kind of concealment holster for the broomhandle. :D

HK P7M8 bought one new in the 80s still have it, still shoot it. Had more than a few 9mm come and go but this one stayed around the longest. My current favorite 9mm range gun is a Glock 34 with a KKM barrel.

I know you mean 9mm Luger, but I think the general consensus is the CZ-82 is a great gun, but it's in 9x18 Mak. Great price on it too.

S&W 469 great old duty piece
1913 DWM Luger - better shooter than the Smith
Beretta 90-two - perfect fit for my hand, still breaking it

Try a Sig P239.

Very nice little single stack 9mm. Adequate DA trigger. SA trigger reset like you wouldn't believe. Don't take my word for it. Ask around.

1. Glock 17, 19, 26...
2. Beretta 92/ Taurus 92
3. Taurus 27/7 OSS or 24/7 PRO

Taurus 809 ;)

I was surprised to get all the way through page one with no mention of the Glock. I'd say G19.

Well, I had a Hi Power. But sold it after I got my STI Trojan. It's a 9 in the 1911 platform. Much better trigger than any other 9mm I've ever shot.

I own a few -- of them, my faves are: P7M8, BHP, 92fs and USP 9. I like each for slightly different reasons but if you're looking for a range gun, give a serious look to the USP.
Of the options you provide, I'd lean towards the 92fs ;)

I prefer the Sig P226R or the P229R. I am also a fan of Glocks as well but I don't own any now. I plan to buy a Glock 17 soon.

I would suggest that you fire a few different guns and see what works.
