    Another great Serenity quote:

Mal: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

Here is one from Dirty Harry...

Mayor: I don't want any more trouble like you had last year in the Fillmore district. Understand? That's my policy.
Harry: Yeah, well, when an adult male is chasing a female with intent to commit rape, I shoot the bastard. That's my policy.
Mayor: Intent? How did you establish that?
Harry: Well a naked man is chasing a woman through an alley with a butcher's knife and a hard-on, I figure he isn't out collecting for the Red Cross!

    Tubbs: "These are dated 1980."
    Bad Guy: "So?"
Crockett: "So...these are six years old. We want to make sure they go bang when they're suppossed to."
Bad Guy: "The Missouri was 40 years old. The Lebanese didn't know any difference!"

This isn't a movie but it's one of my favorites.

    From the Simpsons:

Announcer: Now, let's take a look at a young Charles Bronson's brief stint replacing Andy Griffith in "The Andy Griffith Show"

Barney: Where's Otis? He's not in his cell.

    Bronson: I shot him.

    Barney: Well that's... what?

Bronson: And now, I'm going down to Emmett's Fix-It Shop.
    [cocks gun]

    Bronson: To fix Emmett.

    Even has a website: http://bronsongriffith.ytmnd.com/

Ray Bones [noticing Ronnie likes to flash his .357 revolver a lot]
"You must be one of those quick-draw artists, the way you've got your gun way down in your belt like that."

Ronnie "Whatta you got there? A Wop 9? F___in' Fiat of guns, always jammin' on you at the wrong time.

Ray Bones Nods, smiles and shoots Ronnie full of 9mm holes

Gene Ryack: (glances at Babo & Billy) You know, that would make a great TV commercial? 'Excuse me, is that an Uzi?' 'Why, yes it is. Hey, self-defense is no laughing matter! That why when I want number one I pack an Uzi...accept no substitutes.'

'This is my rifle, this is my gun. This is for fighting, this is for fun' Stewie--the Family Guy (not a movie but much funnier)

I remember that line being spoken by R. Lee Ermey (The Gunny) in the film "Full Metal Jacket".
