I think I own all the 9mm's I possibly could ever need : CZ 75B, Browning High Power & SIG P-210/6.
Love all 3 of them.
As to those I would ever desire to own.... maybe a shootable AND affordable Luger P-08 and/or Mauser 96

I love my West German Sig P-226.

I bought it a couple of years ago, it was a LE trade in. Nice, accurate li'l piece.

CZ75B: Great for competition/accurate shooting at all distances. Wish I had the .22 conversion

Sig239: Accurate and reliable at the distances the would-be intruder dictates

Both are good reliable 9mms and fun to shoot

9mm - Sig P226 (alloy), Glock 17L longslide.

40 - Glock 20 10mm converted to .40, Sig P226 ST stainless frame, H&K USP.

Currently it is the real SIG, a P210-4.

But I read Woad Yurt's post and have shot two Star 30Ms and was really impressed with their achievable accuracy.

I'm going to have to throw another vote in for the HiPower or my cz PCR (the kadet kit rocks on this thing!), though it's probably just because those are what I'm familiar shooting with.

CZ 75B SA w/ Kadet
Glock 19
HK P7

Those will probably be my only 3 autoloaders besides a DW Valor (thought about selling it). I want an M&P9FS and/or SIG P228 but it doesnt do anything the others can't.

I like the Taurus 905...

:neener: Had to take a shot at the autoloader guys!

Didn't realize the question didn't specify pistol! In that case...

9mmGL-1withG18mag-right40.jpg

... is probably my favorite 9mm. :D

ETA: OOPS! I just saw that it is in the HANDGUNS Forum.

(I never pay attention to the forums -- I surf this site via USER CP and NEW POSTS almost exclusively... )

Wow, S&W has really rehabilitated the Sigma! A three or four years ago it was hard to find anyone with anything good to say about them, and now several are shown proudly in photos as favorites.

They are an outstanding gun for the price, my pair (one 9mm the other .40S&W) have both been 100% reliable out of the box. They feel really good in my hand but aren't a favorite because of the trigger. Coming from a 1911 the Sigma trigger is horrible, but if coming from a revolver the Sigma trigger is a pretty good approximation to what you are used to.

If I had to pick a favorite 9mm or .40, it'd be the Beretta Steel-1.

Here is mine in .40S&W:
