About a month ago I opened a box of Federal Cartridge's American Eagle brand of 9mm FMJ and found a defective round. See the thread here. http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35852
Well, I called their toll-free customer service number and also e-mailed them a photo of the defective round. It took them a month but today I received a nice little package with a box of complimentary replacement ammo. It's nice to see that a company still stands behind it's product or makes good when a problem is found. At the very least I got a free box of ammo for one bad bullet. I'll take that.
