Feedback on the Bersa thunder UC in 40

I was considering buying a CZ82 for CCW.

After some reviews of the Bersa UC in 9, I am now considering the 40
(I have a 226 in 40 that I love and dont really want to stock 2 types of pistol ammo if I dont have to)

Any direct feedback?

I am wanting a smaller pistol to CCW, but also for my wife to shoot.

I know some of the CCW pistols out there have tremendous kick.

Any thoughts, even from the Bersa UC 45 folks?

I have a few friends that carry them and love them. I'd like to add one to the collection if I could ever find one in stock.

Hmm...I could swear I posted to this topic.

Yes...I have and carry a UC 45 in stainless regularly. It's not had a single issue in the couple of thousand rounds I've put through it and accuracy is way better than needed for a CCW or general defensive handgun.

I have a Bersa UC40 and I LOVE it!! Not a single malfunction in a few thousand rounds (somewhere around 4,000).
