The reports say that the shooter used a handgun based on the sound of the shots, as well as the nature of the officers' wounds.
This, IMO, makes it more likely to be a pistol caliber carbine than a carbine caliber pistol.
This. They say the nature of the wounds and the cartridge cases found indicate it was a handgun. Bet is was really something like a HiPoint carbine. That would make such a long shot within reason.
I think it's way to early to speculate or pontificate about issues related to the tragic events in that area.
Let's wait until the facts come out & be respectful to the victims(and their families).
Crass jokes and rhetoric does not help the situation.
