Hello. I can't find what I need locally so will be buying online. I am looking for a recommendation for an FFL to do the transfer. The one I used to trust appears to be out of business. I'm just looking for a honest FFL that won't sit on my delivery for days before calling me as has happened before. I'm in North Phoenix AZ. Any recommendations appreciated.

If no one has any suggestions, open Gunbroker and use the FFL feature. You can see what they charge.

Buds Gun Shop also has a searchable list of FFLs that you can use to find a local dealer. I usually pick an actual store where you can just show up to do the paperwork. Some home-based dealers can be difficult to arrange a time. I once did a transfer with a home dealer who couldn't do the transfer during the day because he had a regular job to go to and then on the weekends he was busy with his son's sports. I had to pick it up at 8:00 am on a Sunday. Never again.

If you were in Tucson, I have a perfect FFL. $20 and you won't find a more honest man.

Don't have a clue what goes on in the big city. Good luck, though.

Ammo az
19th and deer valley.
Cant recall the price for the transfer though, I want to say it was 20$

Go here and put in your zip code:
https://www.gunbroker.com/ffl/index

Email or call the dealers that show up on the list to confirm that they accept transfers and confirm what they charge.
Do contact them before sending a gun to them.

A normal fee for most of gun friendly USA is $20 to $25.
