Interested to know from anyone that owns one... how is retention? Website says it's non molded. My sister's husband has an older version but he rarely carries with it.

Seems like a good price from a quality manufacturer, if it keeps the gun in place.

Guess no one has bought this pistol/holster combination, so I took a chance and ordered one ( brother-in-law bought one for a different pistol and recommended it).

Sending it back... Very little retention, even with the retention screw fully adjusted.

Update...
I kept the holster. Between the restocking fee and shipping costs I decided to try making it work. Unfortunately, retention got worse with wear. My LC9s pretty much wobbled in the holster when not under a belt, even with the retention screw fully tightened.

Then last night I looked at my SR9c, remembering I wanted a similar holster for it. Stuck the SR9c in and it was a perfect fit. Nice passive retention and comfortable to wear. At least I'm getting my money's worth.

I have a similar High Noon for my LCP for deep IWB concealment. It works well for it's intended purpose, but retention is marginal.
