Hope this is in the right forum ??
I just finished my CZ 455 FS .22 cal. by installing a .20" DPI rail with Burris Signature Zee Medium rings and installed a Weaver T36x40mm fine cross hair scope. Very nice to sight in. It seems to like SK Standard Plus so far, not good news for Eley Contact or CCI Pistol Match. O-well A storm made me pick up and run for shelter. A couple picks of the rifle in the Blackhills National Forest in Western South Dakota about a 10 minute drive from Red Rock Estates in Rapid City.

That rifle is beautiful, I will own a FS cz one day! Couple questions, how is the cheek height on that style stock for scope alignment? And does the rifle balance well with that much scope on top? Thanks for sharing your project!

I will only shoot target with this set up and a lead sled or bags so I will not be free shooting this one. If I were to hunt with this one I would install a Weaver Grand Slam or Super Slam 5x20x50mm EBX Varmint. I have that scope on my CZ 452 American and it pulls up very nice. The cheek is lower then the American. It actually balances very nicely at about the mag location or where U would hold to free shoot. The Turkish Walnut is real nice wood.

Thanks for the info, I keep going back and forth between the FS and the super lux in a 455, wish they made the 527 in a FS in something other than 223... Love your build, I think it's great to see superb walnut on a bench gun, especially full length walnut...

I think I would purchase another full stock if I was in the market for a rifle.
