This is part of an ongoing struggle I've been having with my INA Tiger .32 S&W Long. I broke the hammer nose on it a couple weeks ago, and ordered a new S&W J-frame hammer nose (thinking it would be the most compatible). I got it today, and after instaling it, the firing pin won't make it past the...well, whatever the hole in the frame that allows the pin to reach/engage the primer is called. It's falls a little high, and either won't reach the primer, or will get chamed after it bullies through.

Do you have any suggestions to fix this problem? I'd rather not buy any parts, but I'm open to any and all ideas.

Thanks HighRoad!

If it don't fit, you must acquit!!
Nevermind, that was something else.

If the S&W firing pin won't align with the hole in the recoil shield of your INA Tiger, or fit through the hole in it?

You got the wrong firing pin!

Any gunsmith worth being called one should be able to very easily make you a perfectly serviceable firing pin out of higher grade steel then the one you had.

If you kept the old one for him to use for a pattern.
