If I started paying on my 625 in Nov 2003,and bring it home in Jan 2004.....:uhoh:

My first for 2004 will be a SA Mil Spec 1911 or and Star BM depending on funds or whether tax return arrives first.

I doubt if I will buy another gun anytime soon unless it's something in 10mm. I will likely wait until I can find a good deal on a Delta Elite or wait until Colt offers something new 10mm.

I am looking at two right now, a bersa thunder .380 and the kel tec p3at .380. I will likely end up getting both here in the next couple weeks. My regular dealer quoted me a couple good prices... just waiting to find a bersa that I can handle..

I have a few pistols that I want, but cant decide on yet.

So far the list is:
- Mag. Research Desert Eagle .44 mag
- SA XD Subcompact in either 9mm or .40 (havent decided yet)
- .22 plinker most likely in P22
- Sig P232

Only thing is to decide what comes first.

I also want a HD shotgun (Marine Magnum) and a PSS in .308 w/ an currently undecided scope.

Decisions, decisions...

Already have it.

'71 vintage Colt Python.

Thats one sweet looking Colt!

Im in the mood for a wheelgun for the first handgun purchase.

Next is a rifle in 300 WSM.

And finally, a 10MM S&W.

That should break the bank for 2004.

I just bought a S&W 65-5 3" two days ago, and the next I'm not sure yet,
there are just to many and not enough money in my pocket.

Springfield 1911 or a full-size Baby Eagle 9mm. I can't decide which one I want more? Got a fun show coming up in a couple of weeks, but I don't think I can wait that long. :uhoh:

Purchased it on January 3rd -- a Beretta 92FS in the OD green finish.

Told myself -- HEY!, you don't have a full-size semi-auto in 9mm! You NEEEEED a full size semi-auto in 9mm!

It worked!:D

I have a Springfield Professional Model due in May. The only way this won't be the first of the year is if I come across an SAR-1 I just have to have  . I have a few cans of ammo to burn up.

Be well!

Damian

i'm already in DROS for a Bulgarian Mak. next one is going to be either a SIG Trailside Target, or the SIG GSR.:D

but, i'll probably throw in a marlin lever prior to the second handgun purchase.

Can't buy a new one, Mass law, but I got a used Ruger Mark II Gov. Target today.

Gave it the quick range try out. 10degrees, so I didn't stay long. Everything was just fine. 150rounds without a hitch. 1" groups at 50' with open sights.

All is well,

Bob

Glock 17.

For some reason I fancy dime-a-dozen popular handguns.
(Smith and Wesson 64 4" police trade, Ruger p97).

Now the most popular Glock!

Just did my first trades of the new year today.

Traded an old (pinned front sight instead of dovetailed) and well-worn SIG P220, a SIG P232 in stainless steel, and a well-worn H&K P7M8, and added $27 in cash.

Got a SIG P245, a S&W 629-4 w/4" barrel (mint condition), a S&W 442 (ditto), paid for $279 worth of gunsmithing (reaming out a S&W 625 cylinder to .460 Rowland, an action job on another 625, and a throat-and-ramp job on four match barrels), and bought 1000 rounds of Wolf 7.62x39 FMJ.

All in all, a good day's trading... :D

At the moment I'm considering a used Taurus 441 (3", K-frame sized .44spl), used 2" S&W M10, one of two used 3" S&W65s, used Beretta 92 (for a good price by local prices too), new SA Mil-spec compact 1911 or a used S&W auto (one of several different models) that a local store had yesterday when I was there. I finally made arrangements to get them to transfer the S&W 57 I bought a few months ago (long story why it took this long) and bring it in and I'm thinking about buying one of these when they do the transfer. If I go with one of the revolvers I'll probably trade my Colt PPS at the same time (since I'm not that crazy about it), though if I go with an auto I'll keep it since I can't bring myself to part with a revolver in exchange for an auto (and vice versa).
