Howdy all I'm new here and this is my first post. I purchased a commercial bolt shroud for an FN mauser and when I reassembled the bolt the shroud bottoms out on the bolt. I am about a 1/4 of a turn shy of being able to be where it is supposed to be. I've checked and it looks like I need about .015 more depth in the shroud but that is beyond any equipment I have. Is there something I am missing?
