Form 3 wait times?

Is everyone doing the electronic form 3's now or are some still taking a lot longer?
I ordered a suppressor from a website in February and as of a few days ago they said they were still waiting on the form 3 to come back. I thought form 3's were talking a few days now but maybe some cases they are still taking a while?

I checked NFA tracker but it doesn't look like they have a form 3 section.

Not every dealer does electronic Form 3's.....but it shouldn't take more than 3 weeks with the paper form.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. I'll give them another couple of weeks and see if it goes through. They are a no name internet company and went out of stock on my item after I ordered mine so I just have a little concern that they might be back ordered but they claim they are just waiting on the form 3 so we'll see.

Sounds like one of the many "retailers" that doesn't really have anything in inventory, but places an order with the distributor a day after your payment clears. Often they get surprised when the distributor is out of stock....that's when they play the "we're waiting on the Form 3" game.

Drop that order like a hot potato.

I would but for two reasons; when I first called they claimed they physically had my suppressor in hand, and no one else has it in stock for close to the same price. It may come to that though.

Edit: As Dogtown Tom pointed out there is an updated timeline. I must have had a cached page I was seeing because it showed December 2017 for me.
Silencershop is showing under the Form 3 section they are only receiving paper form 3's back from December of last year. Doesn't seem right.
