Form1 help

I want to submit two form 1s I have a trust with 2 suppressors but I was planning on doing as a individual because there are no longer the advantages and as a individual keeps it simple. So can you verify my research before I make a mistake that’ll cost me 10months wait?

1. I need a form1 filled out fingerprint card and passport photos with check for $200.
2. Can I use the same card and photo for both forms or even a copy of the fingerprint card? Basically one fingerprint card 1 photo but 2 forms?
3.no sheriff signature? I just mail a copy of my completed forum to my local sheriffs office?
4. My handwriting is terrible is there any place I can fill out my forum 1 online then just print it?

#1 no, you need 2 form 1's, 2 photos and 2 fingerprint cards per suppressor + $200.00 to ATF, you also need a copy of form 1 for LEO
#2 no, you can not copy the fingerprint cards but you can copy the photos but they must be color and of passport quality
#3 yes, the LEO copy does not have photos or fingerprints.
