:DIts an East German, I already have one E. German but have always wanted a second one for back up or parts. I put half the money down til I get my check next week, I got the pistol, a leather holster and two mags for $270. It came with some rubber grips that have a angled thumb rest on the safety side of the pistol, pretty nice, although we will see how it feels to conceal. The guy I bought it from is my smithy and I am gonna see if I can get him to throw in apair of the original ''star'' grips in, cause I like the thiness of them and find that they are great for CC.

I will post pictures and a range report when I get it next week. You cant go wrong with two well made Maks and a thousand rounds of hollow points for not too much money these days.

Here is my first E German Makarov that I bought from my smithy, who had just refinished the pistol and put new springs on.

The one that I have on hold at the shop is not as nicely finished, but it has not been refinished like my first one. None the less it is in good shape and I can't wait to get it home, one for conceal carry and one for home defense!!

Man I love Maks!!

I picked the new one up yesterday!!

Really its a little nicer than I thought it was after I claned it up. The bore is flawless and this pistol has already proven reliable with hollow pionts. It came with 2 mags and a holster.:D What do you guys think??
