Suncoast show today and tomorrow. I am looking for holsters for my carry guns. Is it worth going (2 1/2 hour drive).

TIA

sounds like you live close to me.

I say nay.... it will be back down in our area June 16 and 17 (unless that is to say you're North of Ft. Myers).

Not to mention, the shows have been rather pathetic when I've gone.

If you PM me with whereabouts you live, I might know of a good place for you to find a holster as I've pretty much scoped out all of the stores in the South Florida area.

Re Ft. Myers Gun Show,

Went there today. Almost turned around and left when in line to pay $3.00 to park! That's adding insult to injury. :cuss:

My understanding is when they raised the admission from $7.00 to $8.00 the additional amount was ostensibly to help defray the Parking costs. Even the dealers there were grousing about this added tariff.

Attendance was down considerably, prices were out of sight, and nothing grabbed my fancy after being stiffed on the Parking. Suncoast Gun Collectors, Inc. will receive my Nastygram detailing my displeasure and the fact that is the last Admission $ they will ever receive from me!

Probaby the same as the Palmetto Suncoast show, except the parking fee.:fire: As for holsters a large selection of Don Hume stuff, but the group that used to sell the "Shado" brand holsters wasn't there (unless she was selling Don Hume, but had dyed her hair).
No real deals on ammo at all.
ARs were over priced, with the exception of Gunsmoke Enterprises, fair prices for a good weapon and local to Florida...also, reasonable guys to talk with.
