I'm waiting for my K&D holster to get here, but I need a non-expensive one that's relatively nice to get me by until mid October, and I was thinking about the Galco Stow-n-Go. Has anyone had any experience with this holster?

Oh, and it'd be for a Rossi 461 revolver with a 2" barrel. And right now I have an Uncle Mike's IWB holster thats a size 36, but it fits kina weird on me.

I could not get the clip to work with my Mernickle belt. The hook was not wide enough.

I'd check the fit on your belt and go from there.

It is what it is, an inexpensive holster for occasional, light duty or temporary use. I have my doubts about how long the plastic clip will hold up over time, but it has been OK so far. On the plus side, it has a degree of rigidity, unlike most holsters in its price range which are made of soft leather that collapses.

While I'm Not Familar...

...with that particular model, my observation of the few Galco holster I have seen on my students, plus one report from a friend, is that they have not allowed a full firing grip while the handgun is still holstered. I would advise checking that before spending the money. (Unlike most holsters of better quality, Galco holsters can often be found on the racks of some of the larger guns stores.)
