Does anyone know how to correct for non-standard gelatin? Many references to this correction are made, but I can't find out exactly how to do it. The book referenced is out of print.

MacPherson, Duncan: Bullet Penetration, Ballistic Publications, El Segundo, CA, 1994: "Figure 5-2, Velocity Variation Correction to Measured BB Penetration Depth:" p. 84.

If you don't get an answer here register and ask the question over at www.tacticalforums.com in the "Terminal Effects Forum."

I somewhat prefer standard non-calibrated play-doh, and have had some pretty fun results :)
