As far as I can tell, Budischowsky's roller locked delayed blowback self-loading action patent distinguishes itself from the CETME/HK design by momentarily locking the breech block to the grip frame.

this is 6.35mm Browning AKA .25ACP

the same European site sells stainless Korriphila TP 70, USA-Ausführung for 480 Euro (i believe that's $600 or so)

That's the one I remember!

I had a buddy on the County Police back home that carried one of those as a backup gun loaded with Winchester expanding point ammo.

It was wicked reliable and more than accurate enough for up close and personal.

The TP-70 is too small to be imported under the 1968 GCA. The NORARMCO specimen shown above was manufactured in the U.S. under license.
