Getting a 01 FFL, Already have non-firearms business with a "storefront"

im curious about obtaining a 01 FFL to do transfers and orders, do not want any inventory

I've already got a commercial space in a office plaza that houses my office. so having the "storefront" is taken care off, this is my day job and already have existing office hours so that atf req for that is also squared away. and due to the nature of my work i can handle all the accounting and setting up of the business myself.

so my main questions are,

and what are some FFL specific security concerns, special insurance, safes, alarms etc?

and other than the 200 for the license what costs, or requirements have i overlooked?

already have a 03 so somewhat used to dealing with the ATF paperwork

Sales Tax certificates from state, local ordinances governing security, zoning, etc.

There's sure to be more.

Assuming you aren't a felon or other fugitive from justice, you're biggest hurdles will be at the local level, not with the BATFE.
