I'm attending a long-range shooting clinic in August so I thought it was time to:

1. sight in
2. chrono my loads
3. test my set-up to ensure that I could accept responsibility for all fails

The attached is my sight-in verification, a 5-shot group at 100 yards. The rifle is my AI AT with my .308 Winn bbl using FGMM factory 175gr loads. I guess that I can't blame the rifle or the ammo if I don't do well. BTW, I got the AI rifle because I believe that everyone should have a set-up that they cannot blame for their faults. This one is mine.

BTW, the muzzle velocity was 2651 fps before my chrono crapped out. I'll try to solve or use my other chrono to get a better average velocity but this is not bad for creating my dope if necessary.

Yeah I would be happy with the results of that initial sight-in as well!

I have the same philosophy with my guns and with my golf clubs too!

“I guess that I can't blame the rifle or the ammo if I don't do well.”

A mantra I hope to replicate with my wife, daughter, and I. Please let me be the weak link, not the equipment.
