I just installed thier 3.5 connector on one of Glocks and I like it. Has anyone ever installed thier rocket connector kit? Is it difficult and how much did it improve the trigger?

It reduces the pull by about a pound. It's pretty easy to do. Make sure you get the orange backplate (about half the height of the normal one) to make disassembly easier. Takes about 30 minutes or so.
Along with the Ghost Rocket connector, I also have a 6lb trigger spring, which reduces the pull further. Oh, and doing a .25 trigger job helps smooth things out a bit, as well as reducing the sharp angles on the firing pin plunger.

Another +1 for the rocket. I installed it in my G34 along with a set of Wolf springs.

You don't need to sweat the 25 cent trigger job--the new ones come polished. I've done about 10 of them, and no, they aren't too bad. The advice about the armorer's plate was GOOD. Without that, you're in deep kimchee.

When I ordered mine, I thought the orange backplate came with the kit!
Having to lock the slide back, depress the plastic sleeve, then slide the plate off for EVERY FREAKING ADJUSTMENT made me want to cry.

If you dont want to deal with that , you can always look into the Zev Tech (Glockworx) Fulcrum trigger kit. They are very nice, but also very expensive.
