While making the rounds today in Pensacola I picked up a Colt Mark IV Series '70 Gold Cup National Match S/N 70N71XXX for $700. It was on consignment from a 94 year old man who, the dealer said, "wasn't in to shooting anymore". 7 of his .45's (Colts) were for sale. All had slight blemishes from exposure to moisture from Hurricane Ivan. The one I bought has a hard chrome frame and the only part blued appears to be the slide. I feel like I got a good deal.

Anybody know what these typically go for? I can't find anything about chrome frame .45's.
