I recentley picked one of these up at a local gun shop for 100 bucks including a great scope and sling. Its a mauser based? 30-06 bolt action deer rifle. The salesman told me that the rifle has a very weak internal mag spring that will need replaced. So after searching the internet I have found NOTHING about this rifle. Does anyone know where I can find parts for this thing?

It should be a standard K98 magazine spring. But before you go replacing it - have you tried to use the rifle? Mauser magazine springs tend to be pretty flaccid, and yet they work just fine....

When I load a full magazine the first two jam, but when I only load three it works alright. Its definatley weak. Its not a normal spring its the internal bent metal strip type.

Rifle mag springs are usually z-shaped leaf springs and not coil springs. Have you tried to drop the floorplate and stretch the spring to lengthen it a bit? That'll gave you a little more spring rate and let you test the hypothesis that the spring is at fault...

A pic of the rifle (close up of the action, the bolt, and the mag floorplate) would help. Whip out the cameraphone and let's see what ya got.
