I know for a fact that 1600rounds in the wood crate is Norinco, the other 900 rounds are shown below, maybe reloads. He wants $400 for everything, is that a good deal?

I dunno. Please provide the any contact information on the seller so I can verify that the deal is real and check on the quality of the ammo.

On a more serious note - I recommend treating all ammunition reloaded by an individual to be worth the brass and bullets unless you personally know the individual that loaded it to be the most anal-retentive shooter on the planet. This avoids good deals "blowing up in your face".

I agree with hso. I just shot some reloads i got from my dad that he got from someone. They were really hot and i dont want to shoot them. Now i have them mixed up with some reloads i bought from dicks. So i dont know what im going to do with them now. It would have smart to keep them apart. They are for my 45 not my ar.

Personally, I prefer and try not to buy anything made in China. It's not always possible but I do make the effort, and given evidence of their recent quality control in other areas, I certainly do not want their ammo.

Let's see unknown ammo, from china $400. Rifle to be shot our of ? If your rifle is worth less than $400 I'd say sure why not. I doubt I'd shoot it out of any of my AR's even if the price is good/great.

one poorly double filled round could ruin your rifle. It does look like good Lake City brass but I'd be weary.

Probably safe to shoot the unknown reloads out of a bolt gun but I wouldn't out of an AR. 3 years ago that would have been a so-so deal, these days that seems a very good deal.
