I have the old Lyman manual, but it is needs updating. I shoot trap with a 12 ga and reload for it. I want to keep reloading cost and recoil at a minimum, so I am looking for some good 1 oz loads for low velocity, specifically with Titegroup and Perfect Pattern powder. My hulls at Remington STS and Winchester AA. Thanks.

These days I mostly look for what loads I can find using what is available component wise. That is my biggest factor. Then tailor my loads to the velocity needed and pattern as required.

If I was loading what OP described would be using the STS hulls and this wad for 1 oz payloads. As per Hodgdon 2024 annual reloading manual, about 15.5 to 16.5 grains Perfect Pattern. For even less recoil, go to 7/8 oz payloads......same series of claybuster wads, CB0178-12 for the 7/8 oz.

The Hodgdon 2024 annual reloading manual has some shotgun reloading data that includes Perfect Pattern. It is available at a lot of places that sell reloading supplies.
