That looks like a few things,
    1. Bad acting
    2. An "anti whatever (drugs, guns, abortion)" commercial.
    3. Illegal arms are different from what we do.
    4. Lord of War is one of my favorite movies.
    5. What happened to all of the 'Vigilante' movies that I love?

Were it not for the fact that it is a bunch of propaganda, it looks like it may be a good show. haha

How is this any worse than "Sons of Anarchy", the show about the arms running biker gang?

Really not any different than the drivel that hollywood turns out every day. If canadians are fired up about this shallow movie, they should protest outside theaters and give out pamphlets.

This movie is not going to stop the nonexistent CCW bill in canada from passing. Like most movies, 99% of it is forgotten before the person leaves the theater. Since most canadians are anti handgun ANYWAY, this won't change anything.

The only reason I might watch it is because it takes place in Toronto and I think I recognized my old apartment on Bay St. in the trailer. Other than that, screw biased Canadian television.

As a member of a bike club, I hate this show. It's not even close to being realistic.

Judging from the preview the show seems to be about the illegal gun market. I didn't see much in the preview that seemed to suggest that legal gun ownership was under attack. There were hints here and there that might indicate that they had a broader agenda then just illegal guns but without seeing the show I can't come to any real conclusions regarding it.

IMO there is nothing wrong with showing that the illegal gun market is a bad thing and that guns end up in the wrong hands too often because of it. One could point the finger at Lord of War as an anti-gun movie however I love that movie.

the only people who would watch that show are people that are attracted to guns

Those that are "allergic" to guns are probably watching Drama/Romance

Well, because most of the sheep-people already group bikers into the "bad people - stay away" category. This... movie... makes it look like everyone who owns a gun is a danger to society. :barf:

I think the problem is not ONE antigun-movie, its the MASS of them. constant brainwash, like it was done in the 3rd Reich by repeating & repeating.... it's aquestion of time when people start believing every nonsense they were told. Maybe it's time for some PROgun-movies?

Do you think the director is trying to have this accomplished?
