I might have an opportunity to do some limited trapping for coon, coyote, 'possum and armadillo, but i dont have any gear. I have trapped before several years ago.

I am looking for maybe a few snares and a box trap or two. what is a good online supplier with good prices?

    thanks

This place is awesome, well, not trap specific, but they have spring traps, live traps, fish traps, hog traps, you name it and they're only about 35 miles from me. I love the place, can spend hours in there looking around, and it's just a little country store jam packed with stuff. They have fantastic meat handling stuff and sausage seasonings, too.

thanks, I know a google search brings up a ton of sources, but there are always good suppliers that you won't find through google like Rocky Mountain Reloading as a source of good bullets. I would not buy form them if not because I heard of it here.

I have used F&T Fur Harvesters Trading Post for trapping supplies for years and highly recommend them! They are very speedy in shipping and on the rare occasion that a mistake on an order has been made they have been very quick to rectify it. Prices are great too! https://www.fntpost.com/catrewrite.php?req=/Trapping/

I wish I could sell coon fur. I could make a good living during fur season. I trap 'em near my feeder and hog trap to keep 'em from messing with my stuff, just feed the buzzards with 'em. Back around 1980, they brought up to 40 bucks. Now, no one will take 'em. Of course, Texas fur ain't that high quality, it not being that cold down here.

When I was a kid, every one of us had to have a Davy Crockett coonskin cap. I'll bet the price for coon skins back then was pretty high.

I have bought from F&T in MI for about 10 years. I recommend them highly.
