Just a shout-out for Birchwood Casey, they produce Gun Cleaning Supplies. Recently had a problem with a canister of gun scrubber. They responded quickly to my problem and replaced the product immediately, Great customer service.

Thanks for the info.. Nice to know they have good customer service. I never knew that because I can't recall ever having a problem with any of their products and that also speaks well for them. Must be some good folks.
