This has been really the first decent weekend all year in Maryland and since I worked yesterday I figured I would do some outside rifle shooting today for the first time since November. A bunch of other people had the same idea and when I got to the range at 9:15 this morning I already was number 2 on the waiting list. I haven't seen the range that busy since hunting season sight-in. The range officer started the firing a half hour early at 9:30 and I didn't get to shoot until after the 3rd timeout at 11:00. Good day though. I sighted in my Marlun 17VS (now only if I could get my hands on some more ammo). I also took along my 10/22T and 10/22M and don't you just know it I left all my magazines at home (don't you just hate when you do that). I left at 1PM and there was still a long line of shooters waiting their turn.
