FedEx delivered my SBH (it was "spitting" really bad") to Ruger on 10/5. On 10/8 I received a postcard from Ruger confirming receipt and a couple of hours later the FedEx driver is at the door with the SBH. Ruger repaired the barrel, pawl, and ejector (& didn't charge anything). This is a 1985 SBH that I picked up used a couple of years ago. Had it out to the range today and it was great not being peppered with bits of lead. I must say this is quite an improvement over Ruger taking three months to repair my 10/22M a couple of years ago (they sent me a Ruger cap for taking so long).
