GRNC and NCRPA - Still Functioning

Has anyone ever received a single piece of mail after joining Grass Roots NC or the NC Rifle and Pistol Association? NCRPA sent me a lapel pin a year ago - I have never gotten anything from GRNC. Are these two organizations still functioning?
