Picked up another 10mm so I thought I'd do an updated "family photo." I'm up to 22 now, but still have a number of "must haves" on my list of guns to buy. Still need a:

    Springfield Omega
    Colt Double Eagle
    S&W 1026
    S&W 1066
    Glock 29
    EAA Witness Compact
    Bren Ten SFD

Not in the picture is a Thompson 1927-A1 10mm, but so far I've just got a barreled receiver so it'll be a while before I get it in shooting condition.

Singularly the most impressive collection of 10mm firearms I've seen posted anywhere.:)

    VERY nice!!

what make and model is the revolver at the left of the picture. That has a HUGE coolness factor IMHO.

    Ya damn showoff, ya! :)

Nice collection. Not enough Brens though, for the owner of the premier Bren Ten sight. Bruce still has you beat. :D

    Clean97GTI,
The blued single action revolver is a Ruger Blackhawk Buckeye. It came with two cylinders, one in 10mm and one in .38-40 Winchester.

    Joe,
Unless my wife lets me sell her car for gun money I don't think I'll ever catch up with Bruce! :( ;)

    Lucky8926,
ACK! Can I only have one favorite? The AR is probably the most fun, though I do love shooting the Brens, but then my new Dan Wesson bobtail Commander sure is sweet too. Argh, I just can't decide!

    Black Majik,
    The 1911s include:

    Paraordnance P16 Limited conversion
    Auto Ordnance 1911
iAi Javelina 7" longslide hunter model
    Colt Delta Gold Cup
    Dan Wesson Patriot Commander bobtail
    Dan Wesson Patriot

There's also the 7" Wyoming Arms Parker, but it isn't a true 1911.

    Lucky8926,
The G20 is a fun gun to shoot, but I don't care much to pack it. Just too bulky for my tastes. It does do a surpisingly good job of dampening recoil though. I still need to pick up a G29 some day.

We don't have concealed carry, or any carry here in IL so I won't be packing it anywhere, just killing paper with it and using it for home defense. Thanks for the response!

Well, you seem to be the right person to ask:

I now have a 1076. The holster maker I wish to use doesn't show a 1076 offering. What other Smith pistols are the same size?

    Thanks,

    John

    Slam_Fire,
The 10mm AR is made by Olympic Arms.

    John,
I don't know the specific number, but anything made for the 4.25" S&Ws in .45 should fit as it's the same frame size. The only exception would be the DAO guns as they're actually longer in the back of the slide, but this would only matter if you're using a holster with some kind of retention strap.

Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind a Colt AR in 10mm either.

How much did you give for the Buckeye?

My buddy sold one (never shot) last fall with the 38-40/10MM cylinder at a gunshow for $250.

I could of rung his neck for that.:banghead:
