Super .22 Colibre in my ammo cans kept for 15 yrs. In fact i cannot remember why i bought this maybe just for curiosity sake. I got 15 rds left mixed with regular .22 LR s. I researched in the internet why this particular ammo has a short bullet head , and sure is , its the one Aguila Super .22 LR Colibre ( without the powder and only to be fired in a handgun ).

Curious as to how it would shoot as its been a long time ago , I went ahead got my Ruger Mk3 Hunter and loaded one . At about 6 yds away i set up a plastic Coke bottle. Taking careful aim to the center , i squeezed the trigger. It sounded without a crack and the bottle moved a little. The sound was like sudden a hiss . So i checked the bottle and saw the entry hole was right dead on center. Im just amazed how it shot accurately even if theres no powder on this one. I may have to experiment how it will hold POA at longer ranges maybe 12-15 yds away. And see how the penetration on them too.And one thing for sure, this is a cool .22 LR ammo. I need to find some more of this to play with .
