Gun Insurance in Canada

A dear friend of mine finally got into shooting, now he emails me daily on what he should get next. He has a large nursery with several hundred acres up there, and I spoke to him about getting insurance, just in case he ever needed to use his weapon in self defense. Do any of you guys from Canada know which one is best, I have USSC for years here in the states. But they don't do Canada?

I wonder if USCC themselves might not have some input on Canadian options?

Following England and Australia's lead is almost a foregone conclusion but they both had their versions of mandatory registration and personal insurance passed through their respective Parliaments too - so seeking insurance while one can might be a good idea still.
