It looks like the bubble has burst. ARs in plenty, at prices right in line with what they were a couple of years ago. Stacks of ammo, priced a bit high but not selling at those prices. Some primers, likewise. Most of the sales that I saw were of CCW pieces.
I'm still kicking myself for putting down a mint with box 3" Model 37 for a very reasonable price. I may have to drive out to that store later this week.
