Nothing screams "Quality Custom Firearm" quite as loudly as 'Pot and Poppies' hand engraved on genuine ivory grips.

It just makes the drug overlord inside me quiver all over.

I'm pretty sure you could tie a Colt to a rope and drag it on a gravel road behind a pickup for a few miles and it would look nicer than that thing.

And if guns could talk, this one would only cry. It would definately devise some plan to use itself......... to kill itself. Hmmmm..... a difficult shot to be sure.

I got these grips from Castelan Designs quite awhile ago. Solid silver. They look great. I was not a fan of their engraving work, but to each their own, I suppose.

I've since swapped them out with a simple Hogue rubber wraparound, though.

I prefer to have naked ladies engraved on my ivory grips. Just seems classier to me than pot leaves, but to each his own.

I do believe that most anyone interested in purchasing a pistol decorated like that one is barred from it's ownership per NICS FTR Form-4473, Section 11, Part E; which states: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?" Parts C & D are also likely candidates...part F is up for debate too.
