    This is a Dead Horse

It has been discussed elsewhere on "The High Road" and though there is some truth to the origins of this bill, it has been dead in the water for a while.

Are you talking about a certian bill saying that you need list your guns on 2010 tax return? If so that bill is dead in the water.
