I assume the revolver pictured by ForIndoorUseOnly is a Colt Camp Perry. It's a single shot "revolver". (Oops didn't see that FIUO replied a few minutes earlier.) They are rare guns and very rare in great condition.

This number 6 of 10 special run of Bersa 380 Thunders from 2011. Sorry I don't take pictures very well . It's also still covered in shipping goo.

M1911A1 made by Singer Sewing Machine Co. in WWII. I believe they only did a single run of 500, and didn't get the contract because they couldn't make them fast enough? Or something like that. And NO, this is NOT mine!!! I freakin' wish.....they're worth a bloody fortune.

Next to the Sig P6 is a CZ 75 'Semi-Compact', a rare variant of which only a few hundred were ever imported.

There are more 'one of a kind' than one thinks. Just about anyone who has 'manufactured' an AK from a flat stop has one.

Hk P9, not P9S, from 1972. . Single action only. Sources indicate less than 500 produced before they were discontinued by HK in favor of the DA/SA P9S...

I think more interesting (and valuable) are guns of which a lot were originally made (thus earning them a place in the history books) but of which the surviving numbers are small. Examples are the Pedersen Device (of which practically all were destroyed after WWI), and the original M1894 Krag (of which practically all were updated to the M1896 model). Also, rod-bayonet Springfields and gas-trap Garands.

The Gerat 06, aka StG 45(M) - the first rifle to use roller-delayed blowback, and the grandfather of the whole H&K product line. Less than 20 were built.

Is that an original that you've been shooting?

No, it's a reproduction (of which there are only about as many as there are originals). The video I took that still from (which I did in cooperation with Oleg Volk) is finally done, and will be posted on YouTube and my blog on Monday.

I knew it couldn't be from your camera because that's too HD for yours! :p

    Who made the repro?

I just researched this one a bit, seems only 1067 of the flat top A121 Randalls were made. I'm still going to shoot the heck out of it.

Jeepnik, very cool that you have a lefty, I've never laid eyes on one.

They made a little over 400 of my model. I saw an add in one of the gun rags before they were in production and had my LGS (sadly the shop and smith are now deceased) get me on the "list".

Oh, and I shoot the heck out of it.

I was going to say, the workmanship and finish on that stock is way too nice for a late-war prototype. I can't wait for Monday's post.

Here's my 4 inch Colt Anaconda in 45 Colt.

Only 500 or so of this model were manufactured:
