1) I second the STG in 7.62x39
2) a reproduction of the Webly revolver in .45 ACP and 9mm
3) a legal import of the FAMAS
4) 10mm Hi-Point
5) reproduction of the H&R sportsman
6) Modernization of the C96 Mauser in a verity of chamberings from .22 up to .45
7) More modern guns using a Lee-Enfield style action.

That is all I can think of for now. If only I had enough to start a company and made some.

1) A small-frame snubnose revolver in .40 S&W, with a two or three inch barrel.

2) The ability to order a single-action revolver from a major manufacturer by specifying the exact combination of various options I'd like. For example, I'd like a 3", .45 acp, blued/casehardened revolver with a bird's head grip, a full-length ejector and a Bisley hammer and trigger.

3) A service pistol that has a safe/one shot/two-shot selector switch.

I would love a modern top break revolver in .357 magnum. I'm pretty sure that the design issues regarding top breaks could be worked out.

Just buy a Glock 19 and trim the grip down. People have done similar already. :)

Also done already.
Oh yes. A top break ejector polymer-framed revolver like they used to make in CCCP. I would buy one.

A keltec KSG, PMR30 and SUB2k 9mm glock mag for MSRP :neener:

A DA/SA 1911 with no external safety would be lovely. I like steel guns, I like exposed hammers and I dont like relying on a safety. I love my 1911, but cant bring myself to carry it cocked and locked. even the few times ive kept it on the night stand fully loaded, I kept giving it the hairy eyeball with my irrational fear of it ND'ing

I would really like a modern Top Break Double Action Revolver in .41 Mag or some such.

A Modern LeMatt would be cool too maybe in 357 or 44 with a 20ga shotgun barrel. the 357 could be, what, a 10 shot revolver? Those things are huge.

The best would be a Sig 220 in 10mm right from the factory (if they are already doing this, TELL ME Please!).

I also think that a Modern M1 Garand in 6mm-06, 270, or 25-06 would be SUPER COOL.
and because good ole' CA doesn't like box mags we could load up a 10 round en-bloc clip! Look you CA legislators: PING! its not scary!

A 1903 Colt automatic with a double action trigger that could be safely carried with the chamber loaded.

Glock 223 carbine

Glock 9/40 carbine

Glock single stack 9mm CCW pistol

Browning BDM in 9mm with a safety that disengages when lowered.
Browning BDM in 45ACP with a safety that disengages when lowered.
Full capacity magazines for both at Meggar factory prices.

New 1903 Springfield actioned sporting rifles in 22-250, 35 Whelen, 25-06, and 270 WCF that don't cause collectors to mumble about 'Bubba.' Also the various short and magnum calibers.

A pistol in .50 BMG.

I'm pretty sure this has been done by some folks in a few variations (though probably just one-off projects).

As with all rifle-caliber pistols, I would assume that it is extremely loud and inefficient (the barrel isn't long enough for the powder to burn, so a good portion of the power burns after the bullet leaves the barrel, which also makes it very loud).

Guns you would buy that will never be made
or won't be made again ...
A K-frame (or medium-framed) S&W 9mm revolver.
(yes, I know Taurus makes one)

Sam Cade - I LOVE that top-break you posted about.
How about a 9mm version?

What I would like to see...

1: a .45-70 Gov. pistol done in the fashion of a sawed off double rifle
2: a Webley clone in .44 S&W Special
3: a SKS in .308 Win.
4: a proper tube fed .44 Rem. Mag. semi-auto... the old Ruger one left a lot to be desired design wise and is long since out of production...

The ultimate short range home/compound defence gun would be a belt fed water cooled shotgun. Still looking.

Is there such a thing as a left-handed bolt-action .22lr with a tubular magazine? Has there ever been?
Since I'm fantasizing, I'd also like that tube mag to be buttstock-fed, like the Browning SA, Nylon 66, etc.
Like others here, I'd also like to see a modern pistol designed for the 7.62x25 Tok cartridge.
