I wasn't sure whether or not to post in the NFA section or here so I am posting this here.

I've seen these advertised all over the place lately. It says ALL NFA RULES APPLY and it's an unmodified Full Auto Trigger Pack.

    Are they in working condition?

I don't know which part counts as what with HK's but it at least touches on NFA issues, so moved.

It absolutely isn't a registered full-auto trigger pack like could (legally) be swapped between Title I rifles to make them rock-n-roll. Those would be something like 150x that price.

Very well may be something that could land you in some hot water if you also possess a rifle that it will fit in -- depending on the details of how the F/A is achieved in HKs.

More knowledgeable folks will have to answer that.

Pretty sure what's needed to make a roller locked HK full auto is one of those trigger packs or a modified semi auto one, full auto bolt carrier, AND a registered HK auto sear (the expensive "machine gun" in itself, like auto sears for AR style rifles).
Adding one of those trigger packs would likely be similar to engraving "auto" on your AR-15's receiver and installing a 3 position selector. It still wouldn't be full auto but could get a lot of unwanted attention from people that can make your life unpleasant.

Commercial HKs and clones have a semi-shelf welded in the receiver and do not use the front pushpin - the FA packs won't fit without modification.

They're perfectly kosher to own even if you have the weapon as long as they remain in stock format or are converted to semi.

More than you you ever wanted to know about it at Hkpro
