I have a H&R 999 sportsmen with a small nick on the right hand grip but the blueing is perfect, it has a 6 in. bar. I also have a Webly holster and belt and one (HK) speedloader to go with it , is $200.00 out of the question?

Not unreasonable. The 999 was H&R's premium top-break revolver for many years.

Current Blue Book lists the 999 at about $225 at 100%, $195 at 98%, and $170 at 95%. I wouldn't pay $200 for the gun as you detail it, but if someone wanted one; they might bite. Blue Book backs up your price pretty much. I'd ask $175 for it and you will probably get it. The holster and speed loader.... for me worth almost nothing.

$175 to $200 total money is reasonable. Great guns. Another one I wish I had kept. It was hell being young and poor. :)

If you are in the Dallas area I'll fork over $200.00 if it's a tight revolver.
