Does anyone know the calibers of amunition that are handguns only? What I mean is there is no production longgun that uses said caliber of amunition.

There's a 454 levergun, but so far not the 480Ruger or 475/500 Linebaughs.

(scratches head)

Lesse, the 9x23 and 357Sigs are so far not seen in rifles I don't think. Ruger makes a 40S&W carbine.

I don't think I've ever heard of a 10mm rifle or carbine.

I've seen AR uppers in 9x23 and 10mm. Guess that's not really production...

I've never seen a rifle in 41 Action Express or 50 Action Express. Or 30 Luger.

cratz:

I think the Uzi importers chambered some of the carbine bbls. in .41 AE. Another one checked off the list, not many left! Wait, what about .357 max., it wasn't around long enough for anybody to build a rifle, huh?

Maybe I am mistaken (wouldn't be the first time) , but I thought there was a 480Ruger lever gun. Can someone confirm or deny this?
