Harris bi-pod model suggestions

I want to shoot my AR off the bench with a rear bag.

What model do you suggest?

I am looking at the BR models, but they have one with swivel (S model), one without. Also, do I want the notched legs?

I would say if bench and prone are all you want to shoot go with the BR mod. I have all three sizes with 4 in the medium mod. and rarely extend them and they are close to the same as the BR mod. fully extended.
From a bench the shorter BR will allow you to stay much lower on the bench and probably more comfortable and thus more accurate.
I cant say about the swivel type but will say that from time to time I do need to adjust the legs to the slope of the land and think that the notches are a good thing.

Have several different models of the Harris made bipod. Would reccomend the swivel models and the notched legs over the non swivel and smooth leg versions. Sometimes the use of 20 and 30 rounds magazines in the AR prevent the use of a 6" bipod. That's just me though...........
