    Yes, it's real. It's causing all sorts of headaches with youth shooting sports here. It almost certainly will be struck down, but lord knows how long it will take.

    Real, and also new. Needs more lawyers to weigh in, time to tell.

    I am sure there are pitfalls not yet realized and ALSO that some people are over-reacting, and the truth will come out, or it'll be challenged in court and killed or highly curtailed.

    If this impacts you professionally: Talk to your lawyers. Avoid bumping into but: don't panic and do things like some have such as throw up your arms, close entire orgs.

    Does this mean that any drag queens with pistol tattoos will not be allowed to read to the 1st graders? What a shame.

    Seriously though, they will just be asked to cover the tattoo.
