You can find articles in today's Washington Times and Washington Post covering a protest at Realco Guns in District Heights, MD. The pro-gun activists made a counter protest, but received little mention in these articles. Courtland Milloy wrote an editorial in the Post concerning the issue and protests.

The anti-gun protests probably didn't go all that well for the misguided reverend, hence no news, plus the whole Larry Craig thing has kinda taken a presidence. Our very own realco antitest didn't go so bad, but could have been better, kinda hard when when most of the gunnies work honest jobs on tuesdays, and most of the antis are pros, so technically the protest was a workday.
Cant speak for other cities, but for MD/DC/NOVA this was ours, the highlite was people chanting "stop b!%ching start snitching":D

not exactly "fair and balanced" coverage, but this is the story

I would tell those hippies to get a job.
Over all I think it was a flop. But I am sure next year the MMM will have articles on their web site about how 78,976,894,000 people showed up to support them around the U.S. .

Chi Trib story that sums up the Chicago protest.

The only place describing the rousing success of the thing is the Brady Campaign site. You could ckeck Rainbow Push also, but---why bother.

My take is that no cantidates wanted to chop on the bait.

There was a short segment about it on the local TV news, but it didn't say anything about it being a success.

Nothing at all came up on local news for their "lie-in" in Raleigh. Surprise.

    Their website is a load-

I bet the statistics actually mean that that's where the gun originated. I doubt that many dealers actually sell that many guns to individuals who directly use them in crime. I'm sure they change hands or are stolen before being used.

The numbers in this one just don't add up. I also love how that gun shoots an entire cartridge out.
