Are they answering the phone for you? Not me....

Anyone get their order from the mid Feb period when they said they had a large shipment of powder in stock?

Pretty close to just forgetting about it........

I live close to them... i actualy went there yesterday and picked up some SPP and W231 Powder

Stuff everywhere for sure... real nice people... and the all looked VERY busy but all took time ta be sure i was getting helped

I would say be patient.... Most Powders, lead, and other components company are taking a lot of time to process orders...

best I can say:cool:

I bought some primers from them a number of weeks ago.
I wanted to save on the shipping, and have a buddy pick them up for me, so I tried to call.
All I got was a busy signal for days until I gave up.
It took just about a week for the primers to show up.

I saw a thread on another forum about this. Amy said they are so swamped they can't answer the phones and take care of customers in the store and fill orders at the same time so they stopped answering the phone. As for emails, she said they are getting something like 500 a day so answering email is a full time job too.

Disclaimer, I have never shopped there and have no connection to them. I'm just passing on what I read and it sounds like the truth instead of an excuse.

They are shipping. UPS has limits on how many pounds can be shipped per truck and they are maxxing out each truck. They could ship more if UPS sent them more trucks.

Thanks- Not knocking just wanted to know if anyone has received any shipments from that time. Yea, I sent an email too a while back no response. Hey, if it comes in great- if not, oh well.

Their website also doesn't have a "live inventory" status. Just because it says its in stock, doesn't mean it'll be in stock when your order is being pulled. For their high prices they should consider at least offering a better system to their customers. After reading how their system works I think I'll send my money elsewhere.

Up until this shortage a running live inventory was unnecessary. Do you know how much the software and hardware costs to run a live inventory? It's a lot and then when the stupidness of hording stops it will be a wasted expense.
