Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

Hi...
I went on another local gun shop tour on Tuesday morning.
Got another 300 large pistol magnum primers preloaded in APS strips at the same shop where I was able to get them the last couple of weeks. Still $3.95 per hundred with a daily limit of type per person per day. Only primers they have in stock.
No other shops had any primers at all.

Did take a long hard look at a used S&W686 at one shop. I already have one...an extremely accurate silhouette model and at least half a dozen other .357Magnum revolvers, so I really don't need it. After some contemplation, I decided to pass. It was in really good condition and the price at $729 wasn't out of line with current pricing hereabouts. Just really don't need it.

Well I bought 100 rounds of 38 special defense ammo at $1 a round. Not something that I have used in the past. Precision One Ammunition 125 xtp loads. I was getting low on defense loads for 38 special and getting a little uncomfortable.
 
Finally found an HK VP9 tactical at a reasonable price. I've been looking on gunbroker for a long time, occasionally bidding but not willing to chase prices much above MSRP, and suddenly this week there are plenty of VP9 tacticals in stock at multiple locations, with buy now prices a couple hundred below what I was seeing the previous weeks.
 
Ordered me 1600 158 grain 38/357 cast lead bullets and 500 250 grain bullets for the 45 Colt from Oregon Trail.
 
I bought 3 of the 2A For Life brand attachment magnets. Good product. Solid holding power, and no chance of scratching the gun. I have one up in an undisclosed location, and will likely gift one to a buddy. That leaves the last one. Just one won't hold an AR.o_O

Bought an SKS stripper carrier chest rig at our first-ever show in my small town. I modified the one that came with my SKS back in the 90s then later decided I wanted one in original condition.

Got it for $15 and my buddy got some Turkish 8mm on strippers at $2.00 per. These were the only bargains I saw at that show. 223 was a dollar a round and, a bag of no-name 380 $75 for fifty, and for the first time ever I left Federal American Eagle .327 Federal Magnum 100gr JSP on the table without buying it. He wanted $55 a box! Until today I have bought every (very few) box I have ever come across.

It was a tiny show, cost $8.00 to get in, and prices were generally laugh-out-loud, but I hope they are still ccessful enough to come back and maybe expand.
 
Gentlemen. If I may ask. Why are you answering these kinds of questions in a public forum? Is it unreasonable to think that some are interested in what you say for reasons you may not appreciate?
 
Reason I asked is that I had been using my Bank of America card for shooting sport related items and places. Found out that BofA turned over account information on thousands to ATF.. So I am a bit paranoid now.
 
Two cans of Kroil for cleaning my new Dan Wesson Vigil 9mm CommanderI picked up last weekend. 1000 9mm Rocky Mountain MPR bullets (back ordered). a Case Club pistol case, and (8) Wilson ETM mags.

I have now officially depleted my 2021 gun funds for the rest of this year.
