Just got my order of 100 rds. of CCI 22 Magnum 40 grain ammo. My Single Six Convertible almost always has the 22LR cylinder in it, but it sure is fun to take advantage of being able to shoot 22 Mag. occasionally. Got it from Targetsports USA who I've always had great service from and are one of the two places I can think of that still ship ammo to NY State as long as you aren't in NY City. ..

 

I didn't purchase it but one of my kids got me this nice kydex holster for my B-Day!

 

I've wanted a .22 revolver for some time and kept wavering between inexpensive plinkers out there and guns like the S&W 63. Decided to do it right and get the 617 4".

 

I have a Wilson Combat rear sight replacement on backorder for my Python. It would seem that there a number of owners not pleased with the loose garbage Colt is putting on their $1500 guns, hence the backorder I would imagine. But I digress..

 

Ordered an Aero AR-10 stripped lower through my LGS. Not 100% sure what I want to do with it yet. But with ATF rulings in the pipeline it is not a bad thing to have on hand as a part.

Before I retired, I laid in enough components (except powder) to last me the rest of my life. I am now loading and shooting those components.

Guess you will have to get another revolver that fits the case and a bigger case for the BFR.

Just ordered. A kinder, gentler beaver tail for my Charles Daly Field 1911.
The GI style grip safety that came with the gun is pounding a black and blue mark into my hand,

UPDATE: I just unbought this item since I discovered it will not fit my gun unless I change the hammer and I don't want to get that deep into mods. I'll just keep using my shooting glove for now, a leather dress glove with the fingers cut off and a piece of the cut off finger stuffed inside where it hammers my hand. Shoots fine with the glove.

 

A Wilson 47D magazine- 45acp. They're not that expensive.
